Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details. Delivery time is from dispatch date and not from time of order placed. 

Please ensure to enter correct address details when at check out, as we cannot accept responsibility. Once your order is returned back to us, you will be refunded (postage excluded). 

UK Orders - Shipped with Royal Mail, 48hr Tracked service (2-4 days) 

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons , holidays, or courier delays. 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us asap at info@saoskincare.co.uk. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly. 

Collection

All orders for collection, must be collected in person from location of store. Collection time and date MUST be agreed before arriving at store for collection by emailing info@saoskincare.co.uk.
